commentA friend of mine recently went through a divorce and custody battle with Mr. Niese as his lawyer. He left the court house without custody of his kids, more of the debt and alimony payments to someone that cheated. Mr. Niese did not even fight in court for the serious issues. He did not listen to the concerns of my friend and ended up leaving him with more problems than when they went through the mediation. If you really want a fair chance in your divorce DO NOT USE this lawyer.
