Litig., 01-cv-7351 (S.D.N.Y.); In re Integrated Resources Sec. Litig., No. 89-cv-4255; and In re Marsh & McLennan Companies Derivative Litigation, C.A. No. 753-VCS (Del. Ch.). She represents the plaintiff in Wright v. Honeywell, 2009 VT 128, an indirect purchaser antitrust case in which the plaintiff was successful in obtaining a reversal from the Vermont Supreme Court of the lower court's denial of class certification. Ms. Abrams was a member of the plaintiffs' trial team in Braun and Hummel v. Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Case No. 3127 and 3757 (Pa. C.P.
