John Custer Jr is being investigated by the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania for fraudulent legal services, case-fixing, and double-billing along with his associates. He has misled his clients, withheld information that lost a $200K possible verdict. Stay away from this law firm. Below is a sippet from an email where he is explaining why he missed the negotiation to settle my case... "Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. As you may know, I had a fall on my home steps and broke my leg, necessitating a new hip replacement to replace the old one. While at a rehab facility, I suffered a heart attack, requiring the insertion of a stent. I have just come home, but my days are filled with home health care services. As a result, I have been largely away from your case." "I am not aware of Gxxxn Dxxxs requesting a call to settle, except in his first letter" (What!? - that's were he lost my case) "I apologize for the confusion. Let me attempt to straighten things out. First of all, I am not a litigator, when I get a case in the door, I normally handle the case until litigation becomes necessary." (What!??) That's what you get people - when you trust and employ this Law Office. Oh - and an outrageous invoice for services "not" performed. What the heck good is lawyer that is not a litigator - does not tell you that until he no-shows and then "apologizes for the confusion" - makes up some medial excuse suppose to tug at your heart-strings (Oh, poor John Jr), then double-bills you for his and his " teams" time for "missing the settlement" - which he was aware of by his own admission, as per above. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
