This one has the power and knowledge to do the right thing, but has a challenge with doing so. If you decide to disagree with his unwillingness to roll his sleeves up and do what he's supposed to do, you can count on him misplacing the blame on you. Furthermore, he will and does care only for outcomes good for his ego, his position in life, his status and his title. Though, Metzke does it with a gracious smile, as he allows your offenders to knife you. Plan on doing all the work, despite your high integrity, and expect he will make sure you answer for his lack. Because of his "great" intelligence, "awesomeness" and the “massive number of years of experience” with an organization of “high regard”, , he will and does manipulate laws in such a way most will not have noticed he has done so, and does so without remorse or conscience. He knows very well, how to play the "chess game" in law for his own well being and for those he believes can offer him something more. If you don't mind paying to do your own work, being blamed for his failing you, and then being reminded how wonderful he is, by his own voice, go for it.
