commentJoseph Barett - the lawyer - Stole $12,000 from me in theft of services! Joseph charged a Set Fee 0f $12,000 + $1089 in “credit card fees”.. Delayed, delayed and then Cancelled w/o Completing the work or issuing ANY refund. I have PROOF of payment and AGREEMENT specifying a set fee for an appeal. I am a single mom and my kids and I have been abused by ex. Joseph has NO ethics.. to steal $12,000 from a mother and her children.. dragging on and cancelling is beyond Unethical and Criminal. All my requests for refund Ignored. I guess I have to go to court to get anywhere with a MONSTER Lawyer who promised to Help me but Only Hurt me.
