commentI hired Joe to set aside an old conviction so that my 2A rights would be restored. I was denied 3 times. Joe was always slow to respond via emails or phone. I assumed he was busy. His response was that OSP was busy and it takes time, he would get the same response from them I was getting, etc. After a few months It seemed obvious he didn’t want to deal with my situation so I hired another attorney who immediately went to work and found out what the issue was. He is basically doing what I paid for the 1st time all over again. Moral to the story: don’t spend bad money then good, just spend good money the 1st time by hiring a 2A specific attorney
