Bio:Mr. Gormley has served in various leadership positions with the American Bar Association, including Vice Chair of the Books and Treatises Committee of the Section of Antitrust Law (1999-2003), Vice Chair of that Section's Programs Committee (2003-2004), Vice Chair of the Teleseminars Committee (2004-2006), and Chair of the Teleseminars Committee (2006-2009). Currently Mr. Gormley serves as Co-Chair of the Committee Operations Task Force. Prior to his service in the ABA Antitrust Section leadership, Mr. Gormley was Assistant Chair for Policy & Planning, Federal Bar Association, Antitrust & Trade Regulation Section (1998-1999). He is a member of the Bars of Maryland, Massachusetts, the District of Columbia, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, and the United States Supreme Court.
