Bio:Practice Mr. Persico, the Managing Partner of the firm, is one of the most experienced commercial real estate lawyers in Northeastern Pennsylvania. For nearly 40 years, he has handled simple to complex real estate transactions, representing residential and commercial developers, conventional and public lending institutions, economic development agencies and corporate entities which have acquired and developed land and/or existing improvements for business operations. He has served as lead counsel in numerous multifaceted real estate transactions, involving both public and private financing and has also provided counsel to numerous landowners on oil and gas leasing issues. Mr. Persico's practice requires him to deal on an ongoing basis with zoning and planning boards and other governmental entities and to work with all parties in transactions to insure that the matter proceeds swiftly and cost-effectively. A former regional counsel to the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority, Mr. Persico is currently counsel to the Greater Wilkes-Barre Development Corporation, the Northeast Pennsylvania Alliance and the Greater Wilkes-Barre Association of Realtors. Among his many civic and community contributions, he is past chairman of the Greater Wilkes-Barre Partnership, the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce and Leadership Wilkes-Barre.
