If you or anyone you know has used Keith Henry as a case manager since 2012 contact me at 4661882. He has not attended a work shop to conduct case management per Kansas law. In my particular case among other incompetent actions, he made 4 custody recommendations in a 5 week period, all of which were incoherent and contradictory. The District Court of Geary County should not allow him to conduct case management. Allowing case managers such as Keith to make life changing decisions for families can lead to a detrimental outcome not to mention the unnecessary additional attorney fees to overturn their incompetent recommendations. Legal action needs to be taken to stop this behavior.
