Bio:Ken joined the firm with more than 25 years of trial experience in commercial litigation, including aircraft accidents, elevator and escalator accidents, construction defects, and litigation involving misappropriation of trade secrets and propriety information, contracts, fraud and breach of fiduciary duty, civil conspiracy, and computer fraud. He has also handled numerous cases involving general liability, products liability, wrongful death, legal malpractice, and complex medical malpractice cases in virtually all areas of medicine. He taught as an adjunct professor at the George Mason University School of Law and was an instructor at the Northern Virginia Criminal Justice Academy. He is a founding member and Past President pf the George Mason American Inn of Court. Mr. Curtis has lectured on expert testimony and the use of evidence at trial and is co-author of Virginia Objections at Trial (www.Law.GMU.edu/InnofCourt/), the trial lawyer's handbook for the law of evidence in Virginia. Mr. Curtis is also a member of the faculty of the National Trial Advocacy College at the University of Virginia, one of the country's premier trial advocacy programs.
