Kevin Hemphill was my lawyer for more than one case..first case was child custody and getting my rights back... he was amazing in my case being at that time, what I needed to be done,had NEVER been done before A process that normally would have taken 6 months or more,he made possible with in less than 3 months!!! I was so greatful to have found him!! My latest case was my divorce case which was done out of state with the other party (my husband) not cooperating... Kevin made every attempt to put in motion everything he could do for me...He worked with me budget wise and answered all my emails the same day I sent them out to him..never slacked on anything I needed him and asked him to do for me...he was very easy to get a hold of and his secretary's we're very sweet and polite to me as well....if he tells you he will do whatever he can trust and believe he will....most lawyers are just about how much money they can get from you but Kevin actually wants to help and is on your side and works with you...and believe me when I say that no amount of money big or small affects his work ethics for your case...wither it's 400 or 1,000 he works just as hard and does all he can no matter the amount...if it's a low amount of money he puts in the same amount of effort as he would if it was a big amount of money..most lawyers only work as hard for the amount of pay...and thats a lawyer that doesn't care about you or your case...I can't say that about Kevin Hemphill.... Id refer anybody to him and I will use him again if ever need be ...period.
