Bio:Kevin J. Kyle is an Associate Attorney at Johnston Law, PLLC who specializes in bankruptcy, business litigation, debt negotiation, debt collection, and state court matters.  After graduating from Butler University in Indiana with a Bachelor’s Degree in finance, he moved to Jacksonville, Florida to attend Florida Coastal School of Law.  He graduated from law school in 2011 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2012.  Then, he began his legal career as a litigator with a firm in Ormond Beach, Florida, specializing in foreclosure defense, consumer bankruptcy, debt negotiation, collection law, and Social Security disability claims.  During this time, Kevin appeared in matters on the state, federal, and administrative level. Kevin then worked for a law firm in Orlando, Florida, representing mortgage lenders and servicers in foreclosure litigation and various other real estate matters, including loss mitigation and title work. The core values Kevin learned from playing sports throughout high school and college, being a mentor in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program, and being involved in his church and schools, continue to resonate today.
