Bio:Ms. Yenchman's career has always been focused on Employment Discrimination. She began her profession as an Investigator for the New York State Division of Human Rights ("NYSDHR"). With that background, she brings a comprehensive understanding of both New York State and Federal Anti-Discrimination laws (NYSHRL, Title XII, and Title XIII). Ms. Yenchman also litigated employment discrimination and personal injury cases in the private sector before "coming on board" with our firm. Ms. Yenchman is as passionate about her clients' cases as she is about practicing employment law and she earns each client's respect through her effectiveness, devotion, and responsiveness in every litigation.
