Hired her as counsel upon hire she froze my case due to a Discovery. She told me the decision couldn't be expedited and that the Commomwealth Court was backlogged. After a year of waiting I called the Commomwealth court first thing they clerk asks me is why wasn't your case expedited. Then I ask the clerk was the court backlogged she said no. Upon my call they ruled on the decision that day. I thought I paid her for this? After a year we finally go to court. I gathered a lot of solid evidence and information which wasn't used the key witness signed an affidavit was used had another witness that would have helped proved the intent he wasn't used. She also told me she didn't want me to testify. How would any of this work in my favor. The only thing in court she had to offer was refuting and a case brief. Never tried to prove the intent and the prosecutions witnesses had a lot of it. The investigator in my case didn't do an investigation and admitted it in court had no medical evidence or pics of injuries just testimony from individuals that were corrupt and she had information to prove this. Didn't use any information she had to cross examine just played off of a whim and had my case for over a year. Before we went to court kept saying she could win on appeal. Well if you can win on appeal why not in court? Waited over a hundred days for a decision by the court and asked her if anything could be done she told me she put in a motion to dismiss my case. A week or two later she kept saying it was jurisdictional. The decision was suppose to be decided in 45 days then I found out once the decision came back she waivered that right without my permission deceiving me claiming she filed a motion she clearly didn't because she waived the right. Throughout her representation of me couldn't call her all calls would go to fax and for three months after the proceeding in the courtroom I couldn't get into contact with her. She lost a case to where there was no phyical evidence or an investigation done and once I emailed her upon getting the decision tried to charge me over 2200 more dollars on appeal. I'm sorry but she clearly wasn't professional and didn't nothing at all to represent me effectively and I felt as if I hired a Wal Mart greeter. I'd tell anyone to stay away from this attorney the two terms associated with her legal skills are incompetent and ineffective. Everything I wrote is true and accurate and I'm also an Army veteran and still serve this country to this day.
