If you want a law firm to fight for your rights and win what you deserve, dont use this law firm. There was no fight at all. This attorney, in my opinion shows up to the hearings just to look good. I couldve done his job myself and saved time and $. During each hearing I felt completely alone and unable to stand up for my self and my injury, something a paid lawyer should do for you... represent you. After breaking my knee, 6 weeks later. I was forced back to work by my job because my break was healed. Also by my doctor (who is also a Comp. Dr on record) and the Comp Dr, while I was still injured an limping with a torn miniscus unnoticed by the this doctor while under his care. I returned to work limping and in pain with a notice from that doctor stating I was at 100% compasity, which I felt I wasnt and complained about pain in a specific area where bruising the size of a grapefruit was 2 days after the injury. After returning, I was then kicked on purpose in the same knee, which I still had pain in, a month later by a mental patient on the psych ward, that had noticed I was limping on the first day I reported to "regular" duty. I obtained a lawyer and a new doctor. Orthoscopy surgery was then suggested by the second doctor and performed in the area I had complained about to the first doctor who sent me back to work still injured. I circled the area prior to surgery by the second doctor that was recommended by the lawyer, after obtaining him. Just so happen I was right and did require surgery in that circled area. Both my knees are in pain and buckle now. Im still limping and Im still in pain, especially in the surgery site that was bruised and torn. I was awarded only $16,000, which seemed to be sufficient this attorney, because he didnt object or fight for better. He gets a 1/2 star from me and two thumbs down. Do not hire him.
