Bio:AV Preeminent | Matt Wilkov is a partner in the law firm of Rubin, Glickman, Steinberg and Gifford. He has been a member of the firm since 1999. Before joining the firm, he was the Chief of Administrative Law, 82nd Airborne Division, U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps. He earned his B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and his law degree from Temple University, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and the Political and Civil Rights Law Review. While attending law school, he served as a law clerk at the firm. Mr. Wilkov is an active member of the Montgomery Bar Association. He served on the Board of Directors of the Montgomery Bar Association, where he was twice appointed by the Bar Association President to serve on the Executive Committee. He is a member of the Trial Lawyers Section, former Chair of the Young Lawyers Section, former Chair of the Juvenile Rules Committee, and a former Chair of the Member Services Committee. Mr. Wilkov was selected by the Bar Association President to serve as the Chair of the Montgomery County Law Reporter. In 2015, he was elected by the members of the bar association to serve on the Judiciary Committee. He currently serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves.
