Bio:Michael S. Stiebel, a transactional attorney, is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Connecticut. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Real Property section of the Connecticut Bar Association. His practice involves all aspects of transactional real estate including residential, commercial, office, industrial and retail; and commercial and residential acquisition, sale, lending, development, land use, environmental compliance and permitting. He counsels clients with respect to business and loan workouts, landlord/tenant matters, brokerage agreements, title matters, title insurance, construction matters, survey, condominium law, and phase I and phase II site assessment review and analysis. His practice also includes counseling users, owners and managers of wireless communication sites and hotel properties. Mr. Stiebel was formerly an assistant counsel to the Connecticut Bank and Trust Company. As a vice president, he managed its Special Assets Department and has extensive experience in the land development, hotel, sand and gravel, importing, exporting, broadcasting and manufacturing industries.
