Mr. Leger also represents several victims of defective products, including defective GM ignition switches and defective cruise control switches (SCDS) in Ford vehicles. He was selected to serve on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee (PSC) for the Texas Ford fire Multi-District Litigation (Cause No. D-1-GN-08-000901; In re Ford Motor Company Speed Control Deactivation Switch Litigation; In the 53rd Judicial District Court of Travis County, Texas). These “Ford fires” are the subject of one of the largest recalls in American history and Mr. Leger has been at the forefront of this litigation since its inception.
