Bio:CV Notable | Michael was raised in Tallahassee, graduated from Leon High in 1991, and went on to Florida State, where he earned his B.A. in 1995. For law school, Michael chose Wake Forest University, located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. At Wake, Michael earned top honors in his trial advocacy training, being recognized as the Most Outstanding Trial Advocate in his final year there. After graduating from law school, Michael gained invaluable trial experience as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s First Judicial Circuit, where he acted as lead trial counsel for dozens of felony and misdemeanor jury trials.
