Bio:	Randy graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.A. in Music Performance. After a stint with the US Army, Randy attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law where he graduated in the top 10% of his class. Randy's early legal career was in litigation, both oil and gas royalty class actions, as well as intellectual property disputes. Through the late 90's and early 2000's his solo practice developed into one assisting tech based startups navigate the commercialization process and counsel for small business. In parallel, he was partner in a consulting firm taking US and European companies to the Middle East and North Africa to establish themselves and to develop business.
