commentJill Tarte Karle is a demonic devil, twisted, evil seed bent on destroying families. She has deep-rooted prejudice and has no desire to do what's in the best interests of any child. She has never cared. There is a deep conspiring conflict of interest between DHR, her husband Rick Karle and Judge James (Jim) Kramer as well as attorneys for defendants James V. Green Jr. aka Bubba as they both including Ann Derzis all work in the same office. Her Guardian ad Litem privileges and her law license should be REVOKED.
