Bio:Why do we only practice employment law?  Because the workplace is where we spend most of our lives.  It is where we will invest our time and talents for ourselves and our families and where we will build our futures.    Just two years after I graduated law school,  a family member was demoted based upon his age.  He had worked all his life, providing for his family, and at age 62, a substantially younger employee was given his job.   The case affected me greatly, and from that point,  employment law became my focus. At Hughes & Goldner, PLLC, we understand the economic and emotional injuries of losing your job, demotion, failure of accommodation, discrimination, or harassment.   We hope that you will take the time to read our clients' reviews to become more familiar with our approach to representation.   Thank you for visiting this site.  For more information, see our website.
