Pam then spent three years with the Developmental Disabilities Law Project of Vermont Legal Aid, primarily at the Brandon Training School. Since 1992, she has been the Juvenile Public Defender, representing hundreds of children and parents in Addison County. Pam works primarily in the areas of criminal, juvenile, family, personal injury and civil litigation, estate planning, probate, and administrative appeals, including, but not limited Social Security Disability and SSI, special education, and Human Service Board appeals. A graduate of Middlebury College and Harvard Law School, Pam also earned a certificate from the Pushkin Institute in Moscow, in the former Soviet Union.
