Bio:Neil, a seasoned litigator with more than 25 years of experience, became counsel to the firm of Schlissel Ostrow Karabatos, PLLC, in August, 2010. Neil was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York in 1985 and to the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 1986. He is a graduate of Lehigh University, where he obtained a B.S. degree in Accounting, and Fordham Law School, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Contracts for 1981-1982. Neil appears regularly in the Courts of Nassau, Suffolk and New York Counties, and has participated in and successfully argued numerous appeals in both the First and Second Departments.
