Prior to joining the firm, Nicole was an associate attorney with Nasios & Associates with a primary focus on family law issues, including divorce, custody, child support and alimony, modification and contempt actions, and matters relating to the Department of Children and Families. Nicole was previously an associate attorney for a civil litigation firm in Boston, representing insurance companies in contract and tort law, as well as under the consumer protection statute. Nicole is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.Nicole's additional experience includes her serving as a legal advocate with Casa Myrna Vazquez, where she provided legal assistance in the Probate and Family Court and criminal courts to victims of domestic violence. Nicole also served as a prosecutor in the West Roxbury Division of the Boston Municipal Court under S.J.C. Rule 3:03. Prior to graduating from law school, Nicole was employed as a Victim and Witness Advocate in the Worcester County District Attorney's Office, working in the Superior and Districts Courts.Nicole received her Bachelor of Arts (BA), graduating from University of Rochester, and in 2012 she earned her Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law in Boston, where she achieved Dean's List status during all semesters.
