Bio:Mr. Clare is a 1982 cum laude graduate of Fordham University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Spanish. Mr. Clare went on to earn his J.D. degree from St. Louis University in 1986. Thereafter, he served as Law Secretary to the Honorable Edward F. Neagle, Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County. Prior to becoming Partner at the firm, Mr. Clare served three (3) years as an Assistant Prosecutor in Morris County, New Jersey, where he served as the Morris County Juvenile Prosecutor and as a member of the Adult Trial Unit.
