Bio:Pemble received his undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi in 1984, and graduated cum laude from Mississippi College School of Law. He served as Executive Editor of The Mississippi College Law Review. He is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts in Alabama and Mississippi, the Fifth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
