Bio:In addition to my law degree, I hold advanced degrees in both Finance and Business Administration. I also serve as an adjunct professor at University of Massachusetts at Lowell where I teach both undergraduate and graduate courses in areas including: Real Estate Finance, Business Financial Analysis, Financial Management, Business Law, and Bankruptcy. I served in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps where my career included duties as: a federal Prosecutor and Special Assistant U.S. Attorney; an advisor on fiscal law and ethics; as a legal advisor for an international peace-keeping force in the Sinai, Egypt; and a company command as a Tactical Psychological Operations Officer during a combat tour in Baghdad, Iraq. After leaving active duty and entering private practice I continued to serve in the US Army Reserve Trial Defense Service until my retirement. While a partner at Qua, Hall, Harvey & Walsh (formerly of Chelmsford, MA), my practice focused on Real Estate, Bankruptcy & Foreclosure. In addition, I served for several years as a License Commissioner for the City of Lowell, and provided municipal law support for the Town of Dracut on areas related to Alcohol Licensing, Zoning & Cell Towers, Property Tax Classification, and Firearm Licensing Appeals.
