Bio: Hi, my name is Rebekah Stern. I am an Employment Attorney at Ramos Law, and I feel very passionately about helping employees who have been wronged by their employer. Jobs are a big part of our lives, and I understand the importance of working in a positive environment.I graduated from the University of Colorado Law School in 2018. During law school, I had the pleasure of interning at two different employment firms and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. I’ve worked on cases involving discrimination, wage and hour, and breach of contract. I also competed on CU’s National Mock Trial Team, and participated in CU’s Immigration and Criminal Defense Clinic and CU’s Juvenile and Family Law Clinic. I was lucky to have diverse opportunities in law school, but my heart is in employment law. Before law school, I was a teacher in St. Louis, Missouri, as a Teach for America corps member. I taught first-grade at a Title I School. I received my Master’s in Elementary Education from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. I loved teaching, but decided to go to law school so I could make a bigger impact on the world.I am originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (go Steelers!).
