Horrible and Ethically Challenged Process Server -

commentI was served by their process server, for someone at the wrong address as mine and a name of someone we had no clue who they were. Their process server treated me and my family so rudely and horribly. He said "it doesn't matter who I serve these papers too, just that they get served somewhere..." Geez! That's legal? We didn't even have the same address as the person they were trying to serve! I sure am glad that I am not the dude they are suing, because it's not legal for them to serve some random individual at some random address - and then say it was delivered correctly. Such a shame, awful business practices!
