Bio:Robert L. Brace (“Rusty”) has been an attorney since 1985 and AV rated since 1993. He is the head of the firm’s class action group and has over 26 years of experience in complex commercial and insurance-related litigation. In the last four years, Rusty has been responsible, with others, for recovering over $200 million in settlements for victims of failed 1031 Exchanges.
