Rob Dubyak took over $4K of money from my family working a simple boundary line/survey dispute with a neighbor; with no results. He took this money because he refused to file a quite title and represent us in court. For 13 months, he charged for reviewing the same documents, reaching out to the other party, working for a "settlement", when we hired Dubyak, Esq. would not file and litigate our issues in court. Once we stopped paying invoices for repetitive back and forth with the other party and had to be aggressive with our own lawyer, finally admitted that he did not have the time to represent our case in court. Short story, this guy will take your money, not do what you hire him to do, and will dump you because he has other high paying corporate clients. Rob Dubyak, Esq. is not for the individual, he only works for the fastest and most profitable cases he can find. However, he will still take your money for as long as you are willing to put up with Rob's lies. Lastly, we hired Rob and after 13 months... we had to constantly call, email, and text to ask "what is going on". In 13 months, this lawyer ignored us for 2-8 weeks at a time, in between charging for reviewing the same case over and over again, every single time we spoke to him. The most rotten of lawyers. Do not hire Rob Dubyak for anything important to you.
