Background Mr. Hayden began his career in 1978 in the Labor and Employment Department of Kindel & Anderson, and later moved with the head of that department to Overton, Lyman & Prince to develop a Labor & Employment practice at that firm. He became a partner in 1985, leaving in 1989 upon the firm’s dissolution. Following Overton’s dissolution, Mr. Hayden spent over six years at Lewis, D’Amato, Brisbois & Bisgaard (now Lewis, Brisbois, Bisgaard & Smith), handling business and trade secret litigation as well as employment disputes, leaving as a partner in 1995 to develop the Employment Law practice at K&R Law Group.
