Bio:Since 1978, Robert C. Mr. Hayden is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California, the United States District Courts for the Central, Northern, and Southern Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Background Mr. Hayden began his career in 1978 in the Labor and Employment Department of Kindel & Anderson, and later moved with the head of that department to Overton, Lyman & Prince to develop a Labor & Employment practice at that firm. He became a partner in 1985, leaving in 1989 upon the firm’s dissolution. Following Overton’s dissolution, Mr. Hayden spent over six years at Lewis, D’Amato, Brisbois & Bisgaard (now Lewis, Brisbois, Bisgaard & Smith), handling business and trade secret litigation as well as employment disputes, leaving as a partner in 1995 to develop the Employment Law practice at K&R Law Group. After over a decade with K&R Law Group, Mr. Hayden joined RGLawyers LLP, where he practiced for over six years representing both employers and employees in employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions, wrongful termination, and employment discrimination litigation.
