Don't hire this idiot. Handled my parent's estate and is still billing almost a year later. I was going acquire my parent's home and car as a good portion of my share of the estate. Before a final decision was made he informed the executor that if I was assuming ownership of home and car I was to receive nothing else/no personal possessions in the home. The other siblings decided to clean out the home and take everything before final decision made. My father was going to try to obtain a new attorney before his death stating he though this person was a clown. Well he was right. STAY AWAY. He should be disbarred.

Pick another lawyer, he tried to keep us kids fighting then he billed more hours to dad's estate. I saw what he was doing, talked to my sisters and worked it out. Look at other reviews and the complaints against him over the past several years at the Attorneys registration and disciplinary commission. I had to file complaints against him. Wish dad researched Zapolis background before he hired him to do "estate planning" with Zapolis.
