Ryan Cari represents a business that stole and preformed fraudulent acts when doing work for me. This business owes me over $30k that is rightfully mine with extensive evidence to prove this claim. Mr. Cari issued responses on behalf of his clients that listed completely false information provided for every claim against them. Mr. Cari also was given the evidence proving every claim that his clients provided was indeed, false information and lies. Mr. Cari and his clients are no longer cooperating with myself nor the police investigators assigned to this case. Numerous requests for evidence to support his clients statements have been ignored. Private investigators, hired by another party, are currently looking into the business Mr. Cari represents because illegal actions were performed in that matter as well. This is very disturbing regarding someone who should uphold the law or at least investigate into their clients more and not be deceitful along with them. I'm contacting the ABA now and the attorney generals office insisted I send all the files to them for review and that process is currently in progress. The Dept of labor and industry opened a claim against his clients and actions are ongoing in that as well. Mr. Cari's clients are preforming criminal acts in their business practices and he has full knowledge of this, yet he does nothing to ensure the law is followed and upheld. The claims included in my review can be supported with legal evidence and I'm happy to provide that here.
