commentHiring Jason Whatley is the worst choice I could have made. He dragged my case out for 3 years, fleeced me for over $22,000, told me he could get me out of paying child support for my disabled daughter even though I had no legal grounds, embarrassed himself in front of TWO Williamson County judges because he was glaringly unprepared, and more. I have no idea where he put my $22,000+ because it was definitely not hours he spent on my case. In the end, I had to pay my ex-wife’s attorney’s fees. Get someone else. ANYone else.
