Bio:Scott B. Black, Esq., graduated and received his Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law in 1997, and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Towson State University in 1994. He is admitted to practice law in both the State and Federal Courts of New York State. Following his admission to the N.Y.S. Bar in January, 1998, Mr. Black became associated with a prominent Nassau County law firm in East Meadow, New York, where he represented clients in the areas of employment and labor law, civil and commercial litigation, and criminal defense litigation, gaining valuable experience in each area of law. He also represented various police and firefighter's labor unions in all aspects of collective bargaining, internal affairs and disciplinary matters before the Courts of the State of New York, including the Public Employment Relations Board.
