Mr. Clayton is licensed to practice law in all state courts in Florida and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.Prior to his employment with Linkhorst & Hockin, P.A., Mr. Clayton was senior associate at a state-wide insurance defense firm where his practice was focused on representing developers and contractors in construction defect litigation.
