Bio:Sean P. Schmergel is a native of New York and has resided in Northern Virginia for over 20 years. He currently lives with his family in Arlington, Virginia. Mr. Schmergel practices before the state and federal courts in Virginia and the District of Columbia with a focus on divorce and family law. He represents and counsels clients in all areas of domestic relations, including child custody and visitation disputes, protective orders, marital agreements, equitable distribution of property, alimony and child support matters.
