Bio: I was born and raised just outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and spent most of my youth in the town of Sewickley. I was very blessed to attend Sewickley Academy, a small private school known for its rigorous academics, beginning in the 4th grade. Although I was more interested in developing my writing and verbal skills, I am probably most proud of my performance in mathematics, earning a score of '3' on the AP Calculus BC examination. Upon graduating from high school in 1990, I attended Grove City College located north of Pittsburgh. I started out as a physics major but changed to literature and religion mid-way through my sophomore year. The religion department at GCC was and remains top-notch (renowned theologian Carl Trueman was added to the department in 2018), and my best memories at Grove City are of my experiences as a student of professors like Dr. John D. Currid and Dr. Andrew Hoffecker, both of whom moved to Reformed Theological Seminary not long after my graduation. During the summers of '93, '94 and '95, I worked as a staff member, counselor and wilderness leader at Ligonier Camp and Conference Center (formerly First Presbyterian Church Camp). Combined with my academic and social experiences at Grove City College, my time at Ligonier Camp were spiritually formative, and I am confident that all of us were challenged by a sound Gospel message and authentic theological teaching and sharing. I went directly to Duquesne University School of Law followin
