This attorney is shockingly unprofessional She hangs up the phone she calls people names and she is willing to do anything to get even with someone she does not like. I believe that she employs building practices that are far beyond normal and customary because she intends for people to lose their homes in sheriffs foreclosure sales. She builds $1,000 simply to get cure figures. I believe she needs to be censured by the Colorado State bar She is an awful person and I don't know how she lives with herself She should be ashamed.

I pray attorney Tammy Alcock nor her firm retaliates against me. If something happens to me, I have informed trusted others with this information. It’s unbelievable how attorney Tammy Alcock ‘s profession willingly and purposely submits prevaricated LEGAL documents to the court(s) about her clients defendant. question was relevanthe p the same legal prevarication in reference to a document I received from the courthouse. Long story short, I allegedly had been served by her. It was foreclosure proceedings for my home. ???? I had no idea. On courthouse records it specified the date, time, location, etc. it occurred. I am unaware of the address or location her firm presented. Yet, the address is not mine and never has been. I was not served by anyone. . During my phone call to her, Tammy said I needed to obtain a lawyer before hanging up on me. I have witnesses to prove this. According to the Colorado Bar, it says the following: I will use my knowledge of the law for the betterment of society and the improvement of the legal system; I will never reject, from any consideration personal to myself, the cause of the defenseless or oppressed; I will at all times faithfully and diligently adhere to the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct. https://www.cobar.org Tammy did not follow the oath above in reference to the my case at hand. In the question above, Was this just a consultation or did you hire this attorney? It did not give the option to select hired by a plaintiff suing a defendant. I am the defendant. Tammy is the plaintiffs attorney. I hope & pray she will never have to experience an attorney using prevaricated legal documents against or towards her.
