commentI have used Mr Benner twice to claim bankruptcy. The first time Mr Benner helped us out of bankruptcy.(i failed to make 2 bankruptcy payments Mr Benner told me i had to claim a 2nd time ) The 2nd time i used Mr Benner for Bankruptcy, Mr Benner all of a sudden wanted us out of our house. Now i know why. Mr Benner also became my real estate lawyer. Mr Benner made over 10,000.00 0n the sale of my home. At the time i was recovering from cancer and didn't quite understand why he didn't try to convince us to keep our home that we had built. Now i understand completely !!!!! Mr Benner made more off the sale of my home than bankruptcy......at the time i didn't understand but now i understand completely. Mr Benner doesn't look out for what is best for his clients ......Just what is best for Mr Benner. Also i have called MR Benner a few times about my Bankruptcy but he has failed to help me in anyway !!! NEVAH AGAIN BENNER !!!!
