Bio:Thomas H. Hong is a partner in the International Section of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP, and serves as a member of its Executive Committee. Mr. Hong concentrates his practice on advising a wide variety of clients on corporate, transactional and tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, cross-border tax structuring, joint ventures, emerging company issues, private placements, venture capital transactions, and international business transactions. He is currently a Board Member as well as the immediate past president of the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association.
