Bio:Lenahan & Rockwell, P.A., was established in January, 1993, by Thomas E. Lenahan, Jr. and Mark P. Rockwell. Previously, Mr. Rockwell was an associate with Franchino & Lenahan, P.A., serving as the supervising attorney for the firm's Workers' Compensation Department. Mr. Rockwell has been an attorney for more than twenty-one years. While in law school, he was admitted to the Law Review and published a significant article concerning private rights of action under Cort v. Ash. Mr. Rockwell commenced his career with representation of clients in a variety of areas associated with a general practice of law. He has a background in real estate, matrimonial and estate law in addition to having participated in the representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in Civil Liability suits. Since 1984, Mr. Rockwell has focused his time and skills upon the representation of employers and insurance carriers in the Workers' Compensation Court. He has delivered several lectures and seminars on various topics arising out of Workers' Compensation Law.
