Bio:Commissioner Tiffany Russell is a native of Orlando, Florida. A product of Orange County’s public system, she is an alumnaof Dr. Phillips High School. Upon graduating from high school she went on to receive her BA in Political Science from theUniversity of South Florida and a Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College. She has practiced law for nearlyfifteen years and is also a Florida Supreme Certified Circuit Civil Mediator since 2008.Tiffany has served as the District 6 Orange County Commissioner for the past seven years, handling matters ranging fromland use, zoning, tourism, development, economic development, social issues and transportation. Before her election, shepracticed civil litigation, handling real estate, landlord/tenant issues, and other housing-related matters.Commissioner Moore Russell has been a community advocate for many years, both as an elected official and a privatecitizen.
