commentI consulted Mr. Gatza because I wanted a second opinion of what my current lawyer is doing. Tim was "slick" and gave an exciting presentation and told me many bad things about my current lawyer, I felt I had to go to him event though I was was told by many other attorney's I called that my current lawyer was doing a good job and was a good person. Well.... $20K later... I lost exactly like everyone but Tim Gatza told me I would. Watch out for Tim when he promises you the sky and then later, after he spent your money, he tells you something else.
