Mr. Kassouni has many years of experience litigating against the government at all levels of court, including the United States Supreme Court, the California Supreme Court, the California Court of Appeal, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. His litigation expertise in land use and property rights law has led to legal victories and the setting of legal precedents throughout the state of California. Mr. Kassouni has worked with Ronald A. Zumbrun, a preeminent Constitutional property rights advocate and founder of the Pacific Legal Foundation. While at the Zumbrun Law Firm, Mr. Kassouni served as both senior attorney and legal director to the firm. In addition to his work at the Zumbrun Law firm, Mr. Kassouni served as a temporary Deputy District Attorney with the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office, and has practiced complex land use, real estate, and construction litigation with firms in Orange and Sacramento Counties.
