commentReactionary, lack of thoughtfulness. She makes quick decisions without seeming to put a lot of thought into her decisions. Behavior is somewhat erratic and emotionally driven. She was difficult to meet with and spent limited time. Concerns regarding legitimacy with time spent vs. time billed.
