Bio:I am an Of Counsel Attorney for Morrow Willnauer Klosterman Church LLC, a commercial and general litigation law firm located in Kansas City, Missouri. I am an experienced litigator and represent clients at preliminary hearings, regular hearings, mediations, conferences, and depositions. Throughout my legal career, I have experienced outright victories on numerous occasions and settled many other cases with favorable terms for my clients, saving them millions of dollars. Before joining Morrow Willnauer Klosterman Church, I worked as an attorney for Fields & Brown, LLC, a small law firm in downtown Kansas City for nearly five years, primarily in the field of workers' compensation defense. Prior to that, I served as a Research Attorney during a two-year clerkship at the Kansas Court of Appeals following my graduation from law school. My time at the Court of Appeals greatly improved my legal research and writing skills. During law school, I was a Summer Associate for two summers with Kutak Rock in Wichita, Kansas, which was a rewarding experience that gave me a practical application for my ongoing legal education. I thoroughly enjoy practicing law. Although I find satisfaction in all aspects of my job, I enjoy litigating in the courtroom and taking depositions most of all. Eliciting testimony that impeaches the opponent’s credibility through deft questioning during cross-examination is satisfying and rewarding.
