Bio:Billy graduated from St. Andrews School in Savannah and attended the University of Georgia and earned his B.B.A. from the Terry College of Business. Billy studied law at the Walter F. Georgia School of Law at Mercer University and graduated cum laude in 2006. While at law school, Billy served on the Mercer Law Review. In addition, Billy had the privilege to clerk for the Honorable C. Ashley Royal, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. Billy also worked with the Office of the Secretary of the State of Georgia. Billy has been employed with Duffy & Feemster since returning to Savannah. His primary areas of practice are civil litigation, business law, and torts. He also practices in the areas of family, criminal, probate and immigration.
